PRI RITIES
I'm dedicated to addressing key issues that matter to Pleasant Grove residents.
1
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
This initiative will foster economic growth and empower local entrepreneurs by establishing a Business Service Center (BSC) that provides essential resources, support, and training to small businesses and startups. This initiative aims to drive job creation, improve local business sustainability, and promote a robust and diverse economy within our community
2
PUBLIC
SAFETY
This initiative focuses on public safety and the overall quality of life within the community by addressing key areas of concern: stray dog control, environmental cleanliness, public safety measures, recycling, and citizen engagement. This initiative aims to create a safer, cleaner, and more sustainable environment, ensuring that residents feel secure and connected with local government services.
3
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
This intitiative focuses on community spirit and creating a vibrant, connected environment through consistent seasonal activities. This plan focuses on offering a wide variety of events that cater to all ages and interests, fostering inclusivity and ensuring there is something for everyone throughout the year. By providing regular opportunities for residents to come together, we will strengthen social bonds and celebrate local culture and traditions.
4
YOUTH
SERVICES
This initiative is designed to provide young people in our community with the resources, support, and opportunities they need to thrive. By expanding after-school programs, offering mentorship, improving mental health support, creating safe spaces, and empowering youth through leadership and civic engagement, we will ensure that our youth have the foundation they need for personal and academic success. This initiative will not only improve the lives of individual youth but will also strengthen our community as a whole, creating a brighter future for all.
